  • 1. THE AGAVE

    Cultivated by the best jimadores in the region, our Blue Weber agave plants are aged for 5 years and sourced responsibly from small, sustainable farms.

  • 2. COOKING

    Our agave piña is cooked and steamed in an autoclave to transform the plant’s starchy sap to fermentable sugars.

  • 3. EXTRACTION

    Once the piña is cooked, it is crushed to released the ‘aguamiel,’ the sugar juice key to the alcohol fermentation stage.

  • 4. Fermentation

    The fermentation process is absolutely key to a quality tequila. Only 100% blue agave aguamiel, yeast and pure water from our distillery’s very own deep water well are added to the vat ensuring the highest additive-free quality.
